From the job list tap on any job
In the below section tap on Start working
Upload image or document and add notes and tap on save and close
It will show the work order details page with multiple options.
Tap on play button on top to start the stopwatch for time tracking. Also as soon as the job timer is started, it also gets logged in the timesheet as check-in time of the employee.
Tap on Customer History text to view the customer details and past history
Tap on Add quotation to create a quotation
Tap on Add Sales Order create a sales order directly from app
Tap on Add Invoice to create an invoice from the app.
One floating blue button is there with text as Complete work to close the job after it is done.
Also multiple tabs are there to add any parts is used from inventory or to add any purchased item
From the Miscellaneous tab, you can add miscellaneous cost.
When the job is done, click on Complete Work. Here the technician can put their signature and enter the status information of the job done. You can also provide a completion notes, problem, solution and the visit purpose.
Next you can also mention the total sales amount, total collection and also set a follow up. You can also make the follow up as a new order by tapping on the Create New Order checkbox.
