Lead refers to an individual or entity that has shown interest in a company's products or services but has not yet been qualified as a potential customer. It's the first stage in the sales process.

How to create a Lead from mobile app
Sign in into DreamzCMMS mobile app
Tap on the + sign at lower middle panel
It will open up a popup, tap on Lead
Fill up the lead information like name, address, phone number, Company name and other information
Tap on Submit
Lead View from mobile app
Tap on More at right lower panel of app
You will find Lead icon to tap
A list of Lead data will be shown as list with basic details
It will show the status of right top for every lead in list
Tap on tiny + to add new lead
Tap any of the lead names to view the details of lead started with lead information, Address information, Personal Information, Custom information. These sections have tiny + sign to open the detailed view.
Every lead view has 4 tabs, Overview shows the general information.
