Hello, and welcome to this training session.
In this video, I will show you how to create or schedule recurring jobs. Start by clicking on "Schedule Maintenance" from the left-hand side menu. This will take you to the scheduler list, where you will find an "Add New Scheduler" button. Click this button to create a new scheduler.
First, you need to enter the schedule name. The order type is set to "Job" by default, and the schedule status will be set to "Start." Next, set the time and frequency for the job.
The frequency options include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. For example, if you choose monthly, you can set it to recur every one or two months. You can also specify the start and end dates and times.
Then, provide the general information about the job, such as the maintenance type, status, priority, and the facility or location where the job will take place. If the job is part of a marketing campaign, select it from the relevant options.
You also need to enter the job title, description, and any internal notes for the technician. If a technician’s signature is required, check the corresponding box. If the job is part of a larger maintenance or other project, you can tag it accordingly.
Next, enter the requester details, which are essentially the customer details for whom the scheduler is being created. After selecting a customer, you will have the option to choose the service address. This address will be shown on the map. Additionally, you will need to provide the billing address.
The assignee is the technician who will be assigned to the service. In the job labor task section, you can add a checklist if the job requires one. Based on the tasks, you can set up the budget type, whether it is a fixed budget project or an hourly project, and the estimated cost and hours will be calculated accordingly.
If necessary, you can attach additional files or floor plans. For messaging settings, you can configure notifications for users and admins, selecting who will be notified about this scheduler and specifying the type of notifications.
Once all the setup is complete, click "Save." This will add a new scheduler to the list. Based on the scheduler and frequency settings, the corresponding number of jobs will be created automatically. You can view the scheduler details, including the number of work orders and their statuses, by clicking the view icon next to the scheduler.
