With DreamzCMMS, technicians can instantly generate clean, professional work order summaries using AI—right from the mobile app. Whether typed or spoken, input notes are transformed into structured summaries, helping reduce admin time, eliminate errors, and enhance reporting accuracy.

This guide outlines the steps to create a smart completion summary using AI.

When a technician finishes a job, they can speak or type a brief note. DreamzCMMS AI transforms that input into a clean, structured completion summary—automatically. Less admin, more accuracy, and better reporting.

Steps to Generate a Work Order Completion Summary

Using the Mobile App

1. Log in to the DreamzCMMS mobile app as a technician.

2. From the Work Order list, tap to open an assigned job.

3. Tap Start Job to begin and optionally add technician notes.

4. After completing the task, tap Complete Work.

5. In the Completion Note section, either:

   • Type your input or

   • Tap Record Audio to speak your note.

6. Tap Get AI Summary from Completion Note.

7. Review the AI-generated summary and key action points.

8. (Optional) Collect a digital signature and update the status note.

9. Tap Save and Close to finalize the job.

10. The summary will now be visible in the Work Order Details screen.
