Hello, and welcome to this training session. To start with we will understand why move out features are essential for businesses.

The move-out feature is essential for businesses as it enables streamlined inventory management, accelerates sales processes, optimizes resource allocation, and enhances data accuracy and transparency.

To initiate a move-out, simply navigate to the designated option on the dashboard. This action will open the move-out screen. Here, you can allocate assets to different customers for either move-out or sale purposes.

To proceed, select a customer from the list. You can leave this field blank if needed. Additionally, you have the flexibility to specify a location and enter an order number or any relevant comments. Once you've filled in the necessary details, click on Continue.

Now, you'll encounter three options: single scan, multi-scan, and barcode or QR code scan. If you have a handheld device, you can opt for single or multi-scan. Alternatively, if you possess only a barcode or QR code reader, choose the appropriate option.

Proceed by scanning the items. You can select multiple items, each displaying its code, name, and associated RFID if applicable. Two buttons are provided: Reset to clear all details and "Submit" to finalize the move-out or sale process.

Upon submission, the move-out sale will be automatically generated, and a status message will confirm the action. Once completed, return to the dashboard navigation.

This streamlined process ensures efficient asset management within our application.
