Hello Everyone,
In this video I am going to demonstrate to you the Enquiry module in the RFID Application.
After you log in the RFID app, you need to go to the Enquiry navigation from the dashboard.
Then you need to select the location in which you would like to do the Enquiry. Next you need to click on the continue to scan button.
In this screen you are able to see 3 options
a. Single Scan
b. Multi Scan
c. Barcode / QR code scan.
Using the handheld device you are able to do the single or multi scan. If you don't have an RFID tag or device then also you are able to do the Inquiry using the Barcode / QR code scan.
For this demo, I am using the 3rd option which is Barcode / QR Code scan.
On the right side of the screen, I have opened the admin portal and opened a few of the items belonging to this Central Warehouse location.
Now I am starting to scan them one by one.
The last assets I have open do not belong to this Central Warehouse location.
After any scan you are able to see 3 tabs.
The first tab is the valid assets belonging to that location.
The 2nd tab is the missing assets which are not yet found / scanned on that location.
The 3rd tab is showing the extra assets which are found in this location during the scan. But in the system it's located in a different location. Here you have the move option. You need to select the assets from the extra tab and click on the move button then it will automatically move to that particular location.
You also have the edit option in the tabs, if you click on the edit you are able to update any assets.
If you want to remove the missing assets from this location, you just need to click on the checkbox.
After you finish the scan and want to save the inquiry, then you need to click on the “Save” button.
If you want to email the inquiry details to a particular email address then you need to click on the email button and put the email addresses and click on save.
