Hello, and welcome to this training session. To begin with we will understand why the move feature within an RFID application is pivotal for businesses.

The move feature in our RFID application streamlines asset management by effortlessly relocating assets between locations. It ensures accurate inventory control, enhances traceability, aids decision-making, ensures compliance, and offers a user-friendly interface with various scanning options. This efficiency saves time and effort, improves resource utilization, and enhances overall operational effectiveness.

To get started, head to the move section on the dashboard. Here, select the destination location where you want to transfer the asset. For this demonstration, I'll choose the central warehouse. You can further specify details like department, building, and room number if needed. Once you've filled out the necessary fields, click "continue to scan."

On the scanning page, you'll find four options: RFID single scan, RFID multi-scan, barcode and QR code scan, and manual entry.

If you prefer manual entry, you can input the serial number directly. Otherwise, you can use the handheld RFID scanner app for RFID scans or the barcode/QR code scanner for respective scans.

After scanning, you'll see the asset details in a pop-up. If required, you can delete assets using the delete icon. Clicking "continue" will finalize the move to the selected location.

With a click, the asset is seamlessly relocated to the central location, and you'll receive confirmation of the successful move.

That covers the move feature in our RFID application.

Thank you for watching this training session. We hope this guide helps you efficiently use the move feature in our RFID application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.
