  1. Reports Part 01

Hello, and welcome to this training session. To begin with we will understand why the reports section is important with an RFID application.

The reports section in an RFID application is crucial for tracking and managing assets efficiently. It provides real-time data, supports compliance, optimizes costs, enhances security, and ensures accurate inventory. This leads to better decision-making, streamlined operations, and improved customer service.

In this video, I will demonstrate the reports section related to the RFID application. To access the reports, navigate to the reports section from the website menu.

On the report screen, you will find various reports based on different modules. Let's start with the assets section, where you can view all the reports related to assets. I will cover a few key asset reports needed for the RFID application.

First, we have the asset list report. This report displays all the assets available in the system, including details such as asset name, code, location, category, make, model, serial number, department, the person to whom the asset is assigned, and the asset's current status. You can export this report in Excel or PDF format. By clicking the blue search icon, you can search using different parameters like date, product serial number, asset name, facility, and department.

To perform a search, click the search button, and to reset all search data, use the reset button.

Next, we have the asset bulk serialization report. This report shows the serialization activities performed using the RFID application. For example, it lists details of the serialization done on a specific date, including the product name, the location of the bulk serialization, expected count, scan count, valid and invalid asset counts, and the added asset count.

Comments and operation types are also visible here. You can export this report in Excel or PDF format, and search it using parameters like product location and added date range. To reset the details, click the reset button.

The third report is the enquiry report. This report provides information on inquiries made using the RFID application. It includes the enquiry code, location, total assets in the facility, assets with RFID, scanned assets during the inquiry, and the status of those assets.

It also shows if any assets were moved from another facility. You can see when and by whom the inquiry was done. This report can be exported in Excel or PDF format. By clicking view details, you can see the list of previously scanned assets. The export option is available for this pop-up as well, allowing you to jump to the asset details page. You can search the enquiry report using parameters such as date range, product, serial number, and asset name.

This concludes the overview of the location-wise enquiry report.

Thank you for watching this training session. We hope this guide helps you efficiently use the reports feature in our RFID application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.

  1. Reports Part 02

In this video, I will demonstrate the asset move-out report. Any move-outs recorded using the RFID application or RFID scanner app will be displayed in this list or report.

The report shows the move-out type along with a list of relevant details. If a customer is selected, their information will appear here. Any order number you enter, along with comments and the number of items scanned, will be displayed. Additionally, details such as the scan type, operation name, and who added the information will be included.

You can export this report in Excel or PDF format. There is a search function that allows you to search by customer, location, and other criteria. You can also adjust the page size. Clicking search will perform the search, and there is an option to reset the search if needed.

Next, I will cover the location-wise dispatch report. This report shows any dispatches and receipts recorded in the system or RFID application.

It includes details such as the scan code or dispatch code, the facility from which the dispatch was made, and the number of assets selected during the dispatch. Scanned assets and any remarks you add will also appear here.

You can see the dispatch date, the name of the person who dispatched the items, and the current display status in the toolbar. The tool facility, receive location, the number of assets received and scanned, and any missing or unreceived assets will be displayed.

Remarks and the receive date are also shown in the receive on block, along with the current completion status. Clicking the export section allows you to export and dispatch the data in a detailed report or Excel file.

The report contains various tabs, such as dispatch info, dispatch asset list, scan list, missing item list, receive asset list, receipt, scan list, missing list, and items not yet received.

You can export this report in Excel or PDF format. The search section lets you search by dispatch date, receive date range, facility, current status, scan code, and consignment code. The search and reset functions are available here as well.

Thank you for watching this training session. We hope this guide helps you efficiently use the reports feature in our RFID application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.
