Hello, and welcome to this training session. To start with, we will understand why the Register module is essential for businesses.
The Register module is essential for businesses because it enables streamlined asset tracking, enhances efficiency, ensures compliance and security, drives cost savings, provides valuable data insights, and offers scalability for growth.
In this instructional video, I'll guide you through the registration process for the RFID application. If you're looking to tag RFID onto an existing asset, this registration module is what you need. Let's get started.
Firstly, click on the provided link to initiate the registration process. Next, select the product - in this case, I'm choosing PRP. Then, pinpoint the correct location for the asset. I'll select the central location for the asset on the right. Additionally, specify the department, building, or room number as necessary. Once all the required information is entered, proceed by clicking continue to scan.
On the following page, you have the option to input the serial number manually or utilize the QR code or bar code scanning feature. For demonstration purposes, I'm entering the serial number manually. After inputting the serial number, a pop-up will display the asset details if it's valid. Here, you have the option to either reset and re-enter the serial number or proceed by clicking OK.
After clicking OK, you'll need to scan the RFID to register it with the asset. Once scanned, the RFID will be successfully tagged with the asset. If needed, you can reset the process by clicking the reset button.
And there you have it! This is the step-by-step process for registering any RFID number with an existing asset.
Thank you for watching this training session. We hope this guide helps you efficiently use the Register Module in our RFID application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.
