In the first calendar view, tap on any job to view or update details.
2.Under General, technician can
view customer details, billing address
chat and call with customer
take help of navigation
view customer history,add quotation,add invoice
Press the "Start Working" button to initiate work and provide documented proof of when work commences.
3.Under Assets & Tasks,
Asset can be searched
Technicians can scan QR to view asset details.
Technicians can view the Task and the corresponding checklist after starting the job.
4.Under Services,
Technician can add/delete what all services are being provided
QR code can be scanned to know about any service.
Inside Add Services, search by Name or Code, select service,add service,view information and cancel
5.Under Custom Services,
Technicians can add custom services based on what is needed for successful completion of the job.
6.Under Expense,technicians can view the expenses which can be added from More menu ,company needs to fulfill that expense in completion of the job.
7.Under Files, count is shown as to how many files are added related to the task.
8. Under Activities, the current status of the job is shown with every detail for better understanding.
9.Just after tapping on job, on top following features are there-
Add work duration of the job manually or through a time tracker.
Change status of the job.
Report a problem if any.
Once a job is complete enter your notes and click on Complete Work to mark it as complete.
