Quick Job Dashboard

Hello, and welcome to this training session.

In this video, you'll learn about the Quick Job Dashboard available in the mobile application for technicians. When a technician logs in, they are presented with this dashboard, which offers two views: a list view and a calendar view.

To switch to the list view, tap the list icon. To switch to the calendar view, tap the calendar icon. In the calendar view, you can change the date by selecting it from the top of the screen. This will display all assigned jobs and related calendar events for that day.

For calendar events or scheduled notes, tap on the notes section to see detailed information, including the note title, description, and start date. For jobs, tap on a job to go to the job details screen.

To refresh the calendar view, click on the refresh icon. This will sync all the data and update the display. In the list view, you can see all jobs. To view all related or assigned notes, tap on the notes section, which will take you to the calendar notes list. To see job details, tap on a job in the job list, and it will take you to the job details screen.

If you need to add a quote or invoice, tap the three-dot icon. To go to a specific date, change the date using the date selection section.
