Hello, and welcome to this training session.

In this video, you can see the job overview or the job details screen. To access the job details screen, click on the preview icon under the job or in the action section. Once clicked, you'll be redirected to the job details screen.

On the job details screen, various tabs are available. The general tab displays the job details and status, including the job number, title, and status.

In the details section, you can find information about the category, priority, whether it’s an emergency, budget type, quotation number, start date, end date, and due date. The tags section shows the selected tags, and the requester details section provides information about the requester.

By clicking the blue customer details button, you’ll be taken to the customer details screen. If the job is linked to any project, this information will also be displayed. The user details section shows who created the job and when.

If there is a customer review, it will be visible in the customer review section.

The location tab displays the job location and the customer’s billing address. The assignee tab shows the job assignee, and clicking the red icon reveals when and where the work began, allowing you to track if the job was completed at the customer’s location, home, or elsewhere. This helps in tracking the employee or technician's location.

The tasks tab lists all tasks associated with the job, and you can also view related files. You can add new files, links, and notes here.

The meter reading section allows you to add meter readings. In the custom service section, you can add custom services for the job by selecting the cost type, description, and total amount.

These cost types are managed from the settings section, where you can add or edit them.

The completion tab shows the job's start and completion times and the total time spent. If you are an admin, you can add notes in the admin note section. The messaging settings let you see who will receive notifications and under what criteria. The comments section allows you to add, update, or delete comments.

The reschedule tab provides details on rescheduling, including previous and current start and end dates. The status log tracks status changes, showing when the job was assigned, updated, and closed.

You can report any problems in the problem section, with problem types managed from the settings. The quotation tab displays all quotations created against the job. You can copy the job or quotation, view the PDF, see the quotation history, and email the quotation. Excel and PDF export options are available.

The invoice tab shows all related invoices for the job. You can view the PDF, edit the invoice if you have permission, and see the payment log. Clicking the icon allows you to add new expenses against the invoice. You can reconcile and send mail from this section, and view the expense list for the invoice.

The invoice tab also has export options for the invoice list in Excel and PDF formats. You can add time or new expenses, and view associated expenses by clicking the expense list. Multiple invoices can be added if configured.

Under the "more" menu, various options are available, including accessing the job list, calendar view, adding a new job, adding comments, sharing the review link with customers, viewing all jobs on a map, and sending emails.

Thank you for watching this training session. We hope this guide helps you efficiently use the Job Details feature in our FSM application. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.
