Create New Quotations/Job Estimations

Here is a reference video:

1. From the footer menu, hit the plus icon and choose Quotation.

1. Technician can put down all the details  like-

• Quotation Code

• Quotation Date

• Status

• Customer Details

• Services

• Miscellaneous Cost

• Labor Cost

• Signatory name,date

• Notes etc

• Here email notification will notify admin and customer about the new quotation and also will display in customer panel if checkboxes are checked.

2. Once you are done adding all the information, you can preview the Quotation before saving.

4. Save the Quotation.

If a customer approves the quotation  before expiry date ,facility can be availed with ease.

           5 .Also, from More > Quotation you can view the list of quotations. You can view them individually, add new quotations and even approve quotations.
