The dashboard modules provide valuable insights for effective field sales management:

  • Customer Management: Tracks total and new customers, helping sales teams monitor growth and focus on customer retention and acquisition strategies.

  • Order Management: Displays current orders, pending orders, and open quotes, enabling teams to prioritize order fulfillment and ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Sales Tracking: The sales graph for the past three months helps identify trends and analyze performance, assisting in strategic planning and resource allocation.

  • Task Management: Open and overdue tasks are listed, ensuring that sales teams stay on top of their responsibilities, improving accountability and timeliness in responding to customer needs.

These modules enable sales teams to manage customer relationships, orders, and tasks efficiently, while also providing real-time insights for better decision-making and operational improvements.

Follow these steps to access the overview dashboard:


1. Click on Reports and then click on All Reports.



2. Under FSM click on Overview Dashboard.



3.  Upon clicking, you will see the following Overview Dashboard.
