Rental Dashboard

The rental dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of asset management and sales performance. It displays key metrics such as total assets, maintenance status, asset value, and utilization rates. Monthly sales data, including orders, invoices, and payment statuses, are also tracked. Additionally, the dashboard includes real-time insights into rental orders, overdue returns, and a calendar for managing day-to-day sales activities.

Asset Overview

i) Total Asset :  System shows the equipment count

ii) Asset in Maintenance: System shows the count of assets which is under maintenance 

iii) Total Asset Value: Sum of asset value

iv) Asset Utilization (Monthly) : Shows the rental utilization

 Sales Overview (monthly)

i) Sales Overview (monthly): Shows the monthly sale order booked

ii) Orders Out: Sales order for equipment sold

iii) Invoices: Shows the total invoice submitted and payment

Overall Stats

i) Orders to be delivered: Shows the item count which are rented out

ii) Overdue check-In: Shows the equipment count which crosses the due date of return

iii) Orders due today: Shows the due orders of today

iv) AssetsRented out: Shows the count of rented assets

Calendar Event

The calendar shows the day wise rent our sales order. On clicking any day, it will show orders in right side

It can change the month of previous or next
