DreamzCMMS Dashboard Overview

Go to cmms.dreamzcmms.com

1. Click "Technician Dashboard"

Access the Technician Dashboard to view all operational tasks.

2. Click "Administrator Dashboard"

Access the Administrator Dashboard for an overview of maintenance operations, inventory, and procurement tasks.

3. Click "Search Work Order, facilities, inventory etc..."

Navigate to the search feature.

4. Click "Please enter 3 or more characters to search work orders / facilities, customers, businesses & Parts And Supplies item..."

Enter at least 3 characters to search for work orders, facilities, customers, businesses, and supplie items.

5. Fill "Cole"

Search a customer.

6. Click "Search"

Initiate the search process.

7. Click "×"

Here you will get all the information about that customer.

8. Click "Filter by Facility"

Apply a filter based on Facility.

9. Fill "BW "

Search for a facility

10. Click "BW Facility - F00010"

Select the specific facility.

11. Overview

Operational tasks have been filtered based on the selected facility.

12. Click "This Week"

View tasks scheduled for "This Week".

13. Click "WO1726067947-41 - Cole Graham"

Click on a task or work order to get a detailed view.

14. Click "×"

This gives you quick access to the work order management section, where you can make changes as per your need.

15. Click "Pending"

Access the list of pending tasks.

16. Click "Late"

Access the list of overdue tasks.
