The Sales Manager Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of key sales performance indicators and metrics, enabling efficient monitoring and decision-making.

Key Modules and Their Benefits:

  • Customer and Quotation Overview: The dashboard displays the total number of customers, new customers, retained customers, and total quotations, giving sales managers an immediate understanding of customer growth and engagement.

  • Sales Performance: It highlights the total sales orders, including the number of orders for the current month and a net change percentage. This helps managers track monthly sales progress and compare trends to previous months.

  • Sales Order Trend (Last 3 Months): A visual graph showing sales orders over the past three months allows sales managers to spot trends and adjust strategies accordingly, making it easier to plan for future performance.

  • Leaderboard: The top-performing salespeople are ranked, with figures for last and current month's sales. This motivates the sales team and helps identify top performers and areas for improvement.


Follow these steps to access the Sales Manager Dashboard:

1. Click on Reports and then click on All Reports.


2. Under FSM click on Sales Manager Dashboard.



3. Upon clicking you see the following Sales Manager Dashboard.
