This dashboard focuses on the performance and reliability of equipment. It provides metrics and visualizations to track equipment uptime, failure rates, and mean time between failures (MTBF).

Here is a reference video:

  1. Click on Analytics from the menu.

  1. Click on Assets.

  1. You will see the Reliability Dashboard as shown below:

This helps in identifying potential issues and improving overall equipment reliability. The Reliability Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of asset reliability and performance. Here's what it typically includes:

  1. Downtime and Availability of Assets:

  • Real-time or historical data on asset downtime, indicating periods when assets are non-operational.

  • Availability metrics showing the percentage of time assets are operational and available for use.

  1. Aggregate % Availability:

  • Overall percentage of time that assets have been available for use within a specified period.

  1. Asset Downtime:

  • Breakdown of downtime by asset, highlighting which assets have experienced the most downtime.

  • Analysis of downtime causes, such as equipment failures, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned downtime events.

  1. Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF):

  • Calculation of the average time elapsed between asset failures.

  • Provides insight into asset reliability and helps in predicting future failure rates.

  1. Mean Time to Repair (MTTR):

  • Calculation of the average time required to repair assets after a failure occurs.

  • Helps in assessing maintenance efficiency and responsiveness.

  1. MTBF Trends:

  • Historical trend analysis of MTBF values over time.

  • Helps in identifying patterns or changes in asset reliability performance.

Overall, the Reliability Dashboard serves as a valuable tool for monitoring asset health, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing maintenance strategies to enhance overall reliability and performance.
