Set up Service Plans

Service plans in DreamzCMMS offer customers scheduled maintenance and support, ensuring regular upkeep and timely interventions. These plans enhance service reliability, prevent issues, and optimize asset performance for customers.

Here is a reference video:



  1. Click on Settings and then click on All Settings.



  1. Under General click on Service Agreement Master.



  1. On clicking, you will be navigated to the following screen:



  1.  Add following details and then Save

  • Package name–What type of maintenance you want

  • Savings–how much savings required

  • Type–type of service to be given to customer

  • Amount–cost for the service

  • Spiff pay–amount given by company if contract is sold

  • Status—active/inactive status of service

  • Payment Frequency–how the payment to be made by customer

  • Type of service and related details–service details to be given


  1. Added service is shown in the list


>>Here the service can be tagged to a job once it is created.
