The inventory cycle count option is for Stock Taking of any location in order to keep track of the inventory. We can do it by either barcode scanner or by manual entry.

Here is a video for your reference:

  1. Navigate to the "Inventory Cycle Count" on the left-hand menu.

  1. Click on "Inventory Cycle Count" to access the relevant screen.

  1. Click on the button “New Cycle Count” on the right hand top corner of the above screen for a new cycle count of your inventory.

  1. On Clicking, you will be guided to the page below. It is mandatory to fill the following information

  •   Location- Location of the facility where we are doing the stock taking

  • Counted By* - Name of the personnel who is doing the stock taking

  • Date Counted- Date on which the stock taking is taking place

  1. In the option of barcode scan once you fill all the above information you can scan the supplies or parts and the stock will be taken accordingly

  1. In case you are doing a Manual Entry, we will receive the expected stock count prefilled and on the column next to that we can fill the actual quantity under the heading stock count.

  1. After filling the stock count column we have the option to “Save Changes” or “Process” the entries

  • When we save the changes the new stock count gets saved

  • On processing the same, the new stock counts are processed and adjustments are made.
