Inventory Cycle Count

An inventory cycle count in field sales is a periodic check of product levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies. It improves inventory control, reduces wastage, supports timely product availability, and enhances customer satisfaction without disrupting sales operations.

Follow these steps to perform inventory cycle count:

From the menu click on Inventory and then click on inventory Cycle Count.

To perform a new cycle count, you need to click on the New Cycle Count button.

You will see the following page where you need to select the location where you want to perform the cycle count. followed by other details like Code, Name, Counted By and Counted Date.

You can also search for items based on categories and subcategories as well.
