Quotations in field sales are formal documents provided to potential customers, outlining the pricing, terms, and details of products or services offered. They are essential for setting clear expectations, initiating negotiations, and converting leads into sales. Well-crafted quotations enhance professionalism, build trust, and serve as a reference point for both parties, streamlining the sales process and increasing the likelihood of closing deals.

In order to create sales quotations, you have to click on the “Quotation” sub-header on the left side of the screen under Order Management.
When you click on the Quotation sub-header you will be guided to the Quotation listing page. You have to click on the “NEW Quotation” button on the top right corner to create a New Quotation
In order to create a new quotation you have to fill in the Quotation Code & other required details. On filling the customer name, the other details of the customers will be auto-filled
In order to create a quotation for any items, you can go to “Parts” and fill in details like Items and charges. If you are offering multiple Items, than you can click on “Add Parts” button and add the item details. You can also add a predefined template from the Template option.
We can also add signatures required for quotation for approval and completion, Under Notes and summary you can select if the quotation is to be shown to the customer panel and personnel who would receiving the email notification.
When we click on the save option as highlighted on the above screen then your quotation will be saved.
