You can convert a lead and add it as an opportunity from the system.

Clicking on the opportunity option from the main menu, will land you on all the opportunity lists that your business has. You can also click on “Add opportunity” on the top right corner to add a new opportunity.
Clicking on the “Add New Opportunity “ button we can add a new opportunity directly by filling in the details. Such opportunities should be of companies which are already added in the system. For a completely new client you have to follow the entire process starting with adding all lead info.
Beside every opportunity you will see several action icons. Clicking on which you can either edit an opportunity or look at it’s details. You can also create Quotation, Sales Order and Job as well.
Clicking on edit you will land on the below page where you can edit any details in the opportunity that is required.
When you click on “details” tab, we land on the page below:
You can also change the stages of the opportunity from this details page as shown. Further you can add Notes and Files as well. Refer to the screenshots below:
Next is the Task section. The task section will allow you to create a follow up task for the selected opportunity. This section will also allow you to keep a detailed track of the communication that is being made with the customer. Refer to screenshots below:
Next, you can also view the list of Quotations and Sales Orders that have been generated for the selected opportunity. There is also an Invoice tab which will show the list of invoices that have been generated for that opportunity. Refer to the screenshot below:
Clicking on Jobs tab will show you a list of all the jobs that have been created for that opportunity.
