Quotation Approval and Conversion

Converting a quotation to a sales order is a streamlined process where you simply click on the conversion icon within the Quotation section. The sales order page automatically populates with the quotation details, allowing for quick modifications before signing and saving the order.

Step by step instructions to create a sales order from a quotation

• Goto Order Management menu

• Click on Quotation option

• From the Quotation listing click on Edit and then scroll down and click on Approve.

• Upon Approving you will see 2 new options in the listing page under the Action column: Accept & Decline. Click on Accept to accept the quotation.
  

• Scroll right and click on icon to convert a quotation into sales order

• It will open up the sales order page pre-filled with the quotation details as shown

• Check and review the details that are already pre-filled from the quotation. You can also add additional notes and summary

• You can also put a sign and save the sales order.
