How to Activate DO NOT SERVICE for Customer

Hello, and welcome to this training session.

This is a quick video to demonstrate how you can set a "Do Not Service" status for any customer and how it will be reflected in both the dispatch calendar and the advanced job creation screen.

First, search for the customer using their email address. Once you've found the customer, go ahead and edit their details. In the edit screen, navigate to the Account Settings section. Here, you'll find the option to set the "Do Not Service" status and add a note explaining why this status is being applied.

After saving this information, if you return to the customer list and search for that customer again, you'll notice a red stop icon, which represents the "Do Not Service" status, displayed next to their name. When you hover over the icon, the note you added earlier will be visible.

Now, let's move to the dispatch calendar. Select the customer in the calendar by clicking on the Add option. Enter the customer information, and you'll again see the red stop icon. Hovering over the icon will show the "Do Not Service" note. If you proceed with selecting this customer, the red icon will also appear within the calendar, serving as a visual reminder of the "Do Not Service" status.

Finally, in the advanced job creation screen, when you select the same customer, the red stop icon and the corresponding note will also appear, just like in the dispatch calendar.

This is how you can set a "Do Not Service" status for any customer and ensure that the information is visible in both the quick job creation and advanced job creation screens.

Thank you for watching this training session. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. Have a great day.
