How do I track my jobs from the App?

  1. On the Home page, go to Jobs. It shows the total count of how many jobs are currently open.

2.Total Job list is shown with View Details button.


3.Inside View Details you will find the job details.


4. Once the technician  starts working, status changes to work in progress in customer application.


5. From View details,customer can view-

  • General details–details about the job, requester details,project mapping

  • Location–Job location where technician is working

  • Assignee–It shows who has been assigned to the job

  • Files–It shows if any file is added.

            

           

         

      

     

      6. Customer can also –

  • review the job 

  • chat in Message box from both job details page and job listing page


7. When technician completes the work, status is changed to ‘Closed’ in customer application.


8. Customers can review and view the details after work is completed.
