How do I create a request from the Customer App?

1.From dashboard click on plus icon on the footer as shown in the image below.

2.Click on Request

3. Fill in the details for creating a new request.

Here you can also save a request via voice recording to make the process hassle free.

4.After adding relevant details click on Save.

1. Added Request will be shown in dashboard

6.Clicking on the Request tab will show the added Request.

7.Tapping on View Details will show the request details that you have created.

8.Clicking on Message will allow you to chat with the admin.
