Here is a video of the Request Portal

1.From the menu click on Request Portal.

2. The request portal enables customers to submit requests via a specific Request Portal URL.You can save the QR code of various facilities.

3. Customers simply scan the QR code, navigate to the URL, fill in the required details, and save their submission.

Here QR code can be downloaded or printed as per your convenience.

3.Under Menu>Field Service>Request

4.Click on Requests.

5.Added Request is shown in the list.
