Customer - Orders

Hello, and welcome to this training session.

In this video, we'll be discussing the orders option under customer services. First, click on the customer services option in the menu, then select the orders option. This will take you to a page where you can see various tabs, including today's open orders, incidents, work orders, jobs, quotations, and invoices.


To find a specific customer's information, enter the customer's name in the search bar and click search. The system will display all details related to that customer, including the number of incidents, work orders, emergency work orders, jobs, and invoices.


Scrolling down, you'll see today's open orders for the customer you've searched for, along with incidents, work orders, jobs, quotations, and invoices associated with them. Each entry provides several action options such as details, update status, add a note, chat, send a message, and add a quotation.


Further down the page, if there are any work orders or jobs for the selected customer, these will be displayed. Each job entry also comes with action buttons, including details, which shows the specifics of the job, and update status, which allows you to change the job status. You can also chat with the customer and send messages from this section.
