Introducing DreamzCMMS Mobile App

DreamzCMMS is all about enabling technicians to get their work done swiftly and effectively, whether they're on-site or in the field. This quick guide will help you smoothly navigate through our mobile apps on both iOS and Android. Upon launching the app, this is the dashboard that the technician will see.

Mobile App Home Screen and Work Orders Dashboard

By default, when you open the Mobile Apps (iOS and Android), you'll land right on the Work Orders Dashboard on the Home Screen.


What you will see on the Dashboard


  1. Settings - From the settings icon you can edit your profile information and change password.

  2. Notification Icon - Alerts about Updates on work orders assigned to you or that you created. Click on this and view Notifications.


  1. Work Orders Dashboard -  A list of all Work Orders by Status, Due today, Open and Emergency. Click on any of the options and see a list of Work Orders for just that option.


  1. Work Orders List Page - This will take you to the Main work orders list page where you can see ALL work orders for you and then filter down based on specific filters. 

  1. Create NEW button -  This allows you to create NEW Leads, Opportunity, Customer, Sales Order, Assets and Request.

  1. Request - Click here to access all Requests submitted by you.

  1. More - Click here to access and view other areas of DreamzCMMS such as facilities, assets, requests etc.
