Hello, and welcome to this training session.

To view the map of the job, click on the "Map View" button, which can be found under the job list, the dispatch calendar, and on the work order dashboard. This will take you to the map view where you can zoom in and out. Jobs are displayed with different color-coded statuses. Clicking on any pin icon will show a pop-up with job details such as customer name, address, location, phone number, job code, current status, and job location. There is also a "View Job" link that takes you to the job details screen.

Clicking on a job with a different color will show the assigned job, with colors representing different statuses. If location sharing is enabled on the technician's mobile app, the technician's location will also be displayed on the map. You can toggle the visibility of all jobs by checking or unchecking the appropriate box, and search for any technician using the search box.

At the top, there are options to filter jobs by open jobs, closed jobs, job history, assigned jobs, and emergency jobs. Jobs can also be filtered by location or facility. To add a new job, use the "Add" button. To view a list of all jobs, click on the "View List" button, and to access the dispatch calendar, click on the "Calendar" button.

Using the search option, you can find jobs using various parameters like job code, start date, end date, technician name, job type, and location. To hide the search, click on the search button again. This is how you can view jobs in the map view.
