Create maintenance requests using your voice no typing required. Whether via mobile or web, DreamzCMMS captures spoken input, then AI auto-generates the request’s title, description, and priority. It’s multilingual, fast, and hands-free.

Steps to Create a Request Using Voice Input
A. From the Mobile Application
Log in to the DreamCMMS mobile app as a technician or user.
Tap the “+” icon to initiate a new request.
Navigate to the Request Creation screen.
In the Description section, select your preferred language.
Tap “Record Audio” to begin voice input.
Speak your request clearly (e.g., “The air conditioner is leaking water and needs urgent repair.”).
Tap “Stop” once you're done speaking.
DreamCMMS will automatically generate the title, description, and priority based on your voice.
Review the information and tap “Submit”.
A confirmation message will appear and the request will be added to the list.
B. From the Web Request Portal
Open the DreamCMMS Request Portal in your browser.
Click on “Start Record”.
Allow microphone access if prompted.
Speak your request (e.g., “The lift in Building B is making a strange noise and needs inspection.”).
Click “Stop” to finish the recording.
The system will auto-fill the title, description, and priority fields.
Add any additional details if required and click “Save”.
A request ID will be generated with a confirmation message.
The request will be visible in the incident/request list.
