This report help helps in understanding the project wise job process report
Step by step instructions to see the job analytics report
Click on Analytics menu from left
Click on the FSM box
It shows the technician based request handling analytics report, Month wise sales report
It carries different data like how many call are received and Based on the leads which are processed, how many estimations are created and processed. Also it included the sales analytics campaign wise.
Click on Next on top left to see next report i.e. huddle report
On clicking the Next button on top right it comes FSM status report
Multiple filters are there to see the report filtered
Click on previous to see the previous or click on Menu to get back to main menu
