A technician or sales personnel user can create an invoice from the mobile app.
Here is a reference video:
To create sales invoice, follow the below steps:
Tap on + icon from the Footer menu and then tap on Invoice
The invoice creation page will appear as shown. Fill in the details like the Job/ WO no. and the invoice title.
Select the status, customer and check the address information
Next you can select a predefined template or add the billable items individually as shown.
Fill up the payment details and tap on pay button to pay online
You can put a signature
If you tap on pay button, it will ask for payment details
Add note and recommendation
Tap on attach file to add any type of of files
Check on the checkboxes for notification
Tap on save button save the invoice
Tap on complete button for completing the payment after save
The Preview option will allow you to view the Invoice as shown.
There are other ways to access the Invoice section. At the footer menu tap on More and then tap on Invoice to see a list of invoices as shown
