The Accounts Receivable List provides an overview of outstanding payments from the list of customers, detailing total, paid, and due amounts alongside customer contact information. The entries include significant dues. Built-in action buttons allow quick access to customer details, while export options (Excel/PDF) enhance reporting. This report aids in tracking receivables, prioritizing collections, and maintaining cash flow.


Users can be benefitted from the report as listed,

Improved Financial Tracking: Provides a clear overview of unpaid invoices, helping to monitor cash flow effectively.

Customer Management: Consolidates customer contact details alongside financial data, making it easier to follow up on outstanding payments.

Steps to check the Account Receivable report

  • Click on Reports from left menu

  • Select All reports

  • Click on  Receivable Report tab
