Receivables Report

An accounts receivable report outlines money owed to a company by its customers or clients, detailing outstanding invoices, payment statuses, and aging of receivables for monitoring cash flow and collections management.

  1. In order to look at the receivables report, we have to click on the reports tab on the left hand side of the screen.

  1. Clicking on the "Reports" tab directs you to the comprehensive reports section, where you can easily locate  "FSM" header and click on "Receivable Reports" as shown below

  1. Selecting "Receivable Reports" leads to a screen showing all receivables for the business, including total amount, paid amount, and outstanding balance. You can export this report as Excel or PDF using the tabs above.

  1. We have five tab icons against each receivable under the action column on the extreme right. Each tab represents different actionables.

  1.  the offline payment tab clicking on which we can settle payments offline, and we get the below pop-up to settle payment. We have to fill in the invoice number and other details and save it once payment is made


  1. Customer Invoice Details clicking on which we are guided to a new screen on the invoice of the customer. We can export the invoice in excel or PDF. We can reconcile the invoice & create New Invoice through the tabs on the right hand top corner


  1. It is the pending invoice icon, clicking on which we can see the pending invoice of a customer


  1. This is the print invoice icon clicking on which we get the invoice copy as below

  1. This icon helps in sending e-mail to customer on the receivables, clicking on which we get the pop up as below: Checking on include invoice button attaches the invoice to the mail
