The report provides an analytical view like If an employee emerges as a key contributor, actively handling quotes and converting sales, while others show limited engagement in these areas.

The usefulness of the reports are

  1. Performance Insights: Identifies high-performing employees and areas where others may require support or improvement.

  2. Workload Optimization: Highlights uneven task distribution, enabling better allocation of responsibilities across the team.

Steps to check the Employee based Opportunity report

  • Click on Reports from left menu

  • Select All reports

  • Click on  Employee opportunity report under FSM section
