Employee Opportunity Report

1. From the menu click on Reports.

2.Under FSM you will find Employee Opportunity Report

1. The Employee Opportunity Report provides a detailed overview of each technician's performance, including the total number of jobs, total number of invoices, total opportunities, and opportunities converted and sold by the technician. This report highlights the efficiency of all technicians and identifies areas for improved performance.

2. The report can be exported in the form of excel or pdf as well.
