Service Templates

Service Templates in field sales are predefined sets of tasks, workflows, or processes designed to standardize and streamline recurring service activities. They are crucial for ensuring consistency, reducing errors, and saving time by providing a structured approach to common services or sales-related tasks. Service templates help field sales teams deliver a professional and uniform experience to customers, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards in service execution.

Follow these steps to access and use the Service Templates option.

From the menu click on Order Management and then click on Service Template.

Click on Add Service Template button and you will be taken to this page as shown.

Fill in the Template name, Description and add the items or services as per your requirement from the Parts section. You can add as many items and services as you want. Once done click on Save.

Now your service template is ready to be used while creating quotations, sales orders as well as invoices.
