Customer Web Portal Introduction

Hello, and welcome to this training session. To start with we will understand why the customer portal is important within FSM software.

The customer portal in FSM software enhances customer experience by providing a user-friendly interface for service access and request tracking. It allows self-service, reduces support staff workload, enables real-time communication, speeds up service handling, ensures data accuracy, and offers valuable insights for improving service offerings.

In this video, we'll introduce the DreamCMMS Customer Login Portal, also known as the Customer Web Portal. To log in, customers must enter their registered email address and click "Login with OTP." After clicking this button, a four-digit OTP will be sent to their registered email address. Upon receiving the OTP, customers should enter it, check the "Remember Me" option, and click "Login."

Next, customers need to select their company and click "Select Company" to access the system. This brings them to the Customer Panel Dashboard. Here, customers can set their password by navigating to the menu option, selecting "Settings," and then "Login Credentials." After setting the password and clicking "Update Password," the password will be saved in the system. Customers can use this password to log in instead of the OTP.

Additionally, customers can edit their personal information, including their address and service address details. If they have a different address for service requests, they can add this information under the "Service Address Information" tab by providing the name, email, phone number, property details, and the additional service address. After entering this information, clicking "Update Settings" will save it in the system.
