RFID Tracks Software Features

Good morning everyone,

Today, we will explore how RFID Tracks work within our software. Previously, we demonstrated the integration of our PC sensor, RFID antennas, output device, and Hub with a conveyor belt to showcase IoT and RFID magic. Today, we will focus on the features our software provides.

In the first menu, "Localization," you can add new tags to your products and scan them to enter them into your inventory. For example, you can tag a black T-shirt, scan it, and it will be added to your inventory automatically. This feature is ideal for managing stock in warehouses, retail points of sale, manufacturing, and other facilities.

Next, we have the "Sale and Rent" module. This module supports both sales and rental operations. For sales, you can track inventory as items leave the warehouse. For rentals, you can track assets being rented out and returned. This is particularly useful for businesses with rental operations, allowing them to track assets in real-time and perform quick stock takes. With RFID, you can scan thousands of tags in seconds, drastically reducing the time and cost compared to traditional barcode or QR code systems.

Another key feature is the "Theft Tracker" module. This module ensures that only authorised products leave your inventory or retail space. If an unauthorised product attempts to exit, the system triggers an alert and displays a red signal, preventing the item from leaving. This helps maintain the integrity of your inventory and prevents unauthorised removals.

We hope this overview clarifies how our RFID Tracks solution can enhance your inventory management, sales, and rental operations. Thank you very much for watching.
