Integrated with IoT & RFID

Good morning, everyone.

Today, we will explore how the RFID Tracks solution can be implemented using IoT and RFID antenna sensors, and see the output devices in action. Here in our lab, we have a complete setup. Previously, we've demonstrated how RFID works with handheld scanners for inventory, asset tracking, and warehouse stocking. We've seen the manual scanning process.

Now, in this new era, automation is key in the RFID world. We've integrated a PEC sensor, a type of motion sensor, which detects if RFID tags are within its range. When an asset is detected, it activates the RFID antennas. These antennas then send data back to the RFID Hub. The Hub communicates with our output devices, which could be alarms, light stacks, gates, etc.

The setup includes an IoT-based motion sensor that triggers the antennas to scan RFID tags, sending data to our Dream CMMS server. The server verifies if the object is correct. If it is, the output device shows a green signal; if not, it shows red.

This lab setup demonstrates end-to-end RFID operations applicable in manufacturing, retail, or any facility needing asset and inventory tracking automation. DreamzTech’s RFID Tracks provides a comprehensive solution. We've partnered with major companies globally, including Zebra and Chenway, to automate operations and asset management.
