Assign Work Orders for Work Request

When the work request comes, it can be converted to work order to assign technician to resolve the work request.

Step by Step instructions to convert a work request into work order and assign

  • Click on incidents

  • Select the Request option to access the work request list view.

  • Click on the Work Order icon for the request with the status Open

  • It will open the work order page. Change the due date, maintenance type and priority

  • Add a title in title text box

  • Go to Assignee section, assign the work order to a technician  


  • Add the labor task checklist from Labor Task section

  • Go to the message section and set the notification. For this select technician from drop down and click respective event wise check box


Click on Save button to process the work order
