When the work request comes, it can be converted to work order and technician can be assigned to resolve the work request.

Step by Step instructions to convert a work request into work order and assign
Click on Order Management and then click on Incident
On the Incidents page click on Requests
Click on the Work Order icon for the request with the status Open
It will open the work order page. Change the due date, maintenance type and priority
Add a title in title text box
Go to Assignee section, assign the work order to a technician
Add the labor task checklist from Labor Task section
Go to the message section and set the notification. For this select technician from drop down and click respective event wise check box
Click on Save button to process the work order
