The fields on the work request page can be managed according to the organization's needs
Step by step instructions to customize the work request page
Click on Incidents from the blue menu on the left side
Click on Request
Click on blue button from top right
Click on red button from top right
Clicking on it will open the system configuration page. Click on the Incident Configuration tab and scroll down to the Work Order Configuration section
Another way to come to this system configuration page is as,go to settings menu and click on system configuration
Now, adjust the dropdown value according to your organization's needs. It can be either Required or Optional or Hidden for respected fields
Click on button to save the configuration
