DreamzCMMS provides color representation of the work order based on maintenance type or fault code.
To create a work order you choose maintenance types. Now from work order list this color differentiate work order based on maintenance to understand it quickly
For this setup fist click on Settings then go to Maintenance section, there you will find the icon maintenance type management 
Clicking on Maintenance Type Management option, the page will open.
Here you will be able to provide the code (which is the fault code) for the maintenance type that you wish to create. Next fill in the other details like the Name, Description etc.
Further you can tag a particular fault code to a company as well as a user along with a color code as well.
