Import Asset (equipment) from Excel file

If you have your asset data ready then download the sample file from the system and prepare your import sheet putting data in the corresponding column. Go to the Asset menu, it will open a collapsible menu list, there from click on equipment. The list of equipment will be visible at the right pane. 

1. Click on More at top right corner 

2. Click on Dynamic Asset submenu 

3. Upload the completed file

4. Click on Import button

5. Click on Map & Column import 

6. Validate the column matching 

7. After scrolling down you will see the update data button to update 

Upload process time depends on the volume of data and the internet connection. As the update progress runs in background. On the opening equipment view page, the progress will be visible.
