The Sales Order Report provides a comprehensive summary of sales orders, including customer details, quotation references, order and service dates, expiry dates, and the current status of each order. It tracks additional data such as the technician assigned, facility details, and any tags related to the order. The report also includes timestamps indicating when and by whom the sales orders were created. Export options allow users to download the report in Excel or PDF formats for further analysis.

From the menu, click on Reports and then click on All Reports.

At the reports page, under FSM click on Sales Order Report.

Upon clicking, the following report page will appear as shown.
