The customer portal in FSM software significantly enhances the customer experience by offering a user-friendly platform for accessing services and tracking requests. It empowers customers to handle tasks independently, reduces the workload on support teams, enables real-time communication, speeds up service processes, ensures data accuracy, and provides valuable insights to improve service offerings.
In this video, we will introduce you to the DreamCMMS Customer Login Portal, also known as the Customer Web Portal. To log in, customers simply need to enter their registered email address and click "Login with OTP." A four-digit OTP will be sent to the registered email address. Once received, customers can enter the OTP, select the "Remember Me" option, and click "Login."
After logging in, customers need to choose their company by clicking "Select Company" to access the system. This will bring them to the Customer Panel Dashboard, where they can set their password. To do this, navigate to the menu, select Settings, and then Login Credentials. After setting a password and clicking "Update Password," the password will be saved. This will allow customers to log in with their password instead of using an OTP.
Additionally, customers can update their personal details, including their address and service address. If a different address is required for service requests, customers can enter this under the Service Address Information tab by providing the relevant details such as name, email, phone number, and the alternate service address. After inputting this information, clicking "Update Settings" will save the changes.
