Can we check the employee availability before assignment?

Yes indeed. There are two options to check the availability. DreamzCMMS have a work order calendar where day and time wise employee engagement can be visible.

Also before assigning a technician in a work order, you can see the current engagement status for a certain date range, of all employees on a single click.            

A popup will appear with the assignee name .
